 Welcome to Flash F.C. from Columbus, Ohio where our teams have played top-flight soccer since 1987 (if Tom Winslow's History is accurate). It's tough to believe some of us have played together for 20 years, but proof is countless trophies, awards and Champions Tee shirts. But the real value of our Club goes beyond trinkets and sports prizes, it's about the opportunity to really enjoy yourself on a well organized Club in the most competitive leagues around, which is how we started and where we are today. You can't win every game, but don't show up for a Flash match unless you intend to try. But even in losing all long time Flash colleagues will tell you they've had some of their greatest fun playing football with Flash teams. This website is for all of you, please contribute any way you can. hat-tricks are nice! - six packs will do.

A Huge Congratulation message to Jim Ennis from the Columbus Celtic Football Club who was inducted into the Ohio Soccer Hall of Fame at a special banquet before a MLS game at Crew Stadium - Along with several other inductees, some known to many of you (e.g.,Marty Misbrenner from GFS, Mike Sweeney, the dude with over 100 Canadian national team caps who terrorized Flash tournament teams over the years), Jim was recognized for this massive contributions to soccer in central Ohio. Jim was introduced by our own Todd Jones whose eulogy was, uncharacteristically, so sincere all Jim could do was weep.... anyway, next time you run across Jim, let him know you heard he's a Hall of Famer!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
